Grain is brought precisely to field capacity using a controlled hydration process optimized for our growing environment, then pressure sterilized for cleanliness and consistency. The finished spawn is sealed in a grow bag with a 22-micron filter patch for clean gas exchange and a self-sealing injection port for low-contamination inoculation.
To maintain freshness and moisture stability, each unit is double-bagged and vacuum sealed, protecting the grain during storage and transport.
