We love sharing the benefits of hemp, but we also play by the rules. Because hemp-derived Delta-9 THC laws vary by state, we follow a tiered approach to make sure every order is safe, compliant, and stress-free for you.

🚫 Tier 1 – States We Cannot Ship To

Due to state law, we do not ship any hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products to the following states:

Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

⚠️ Tier 2 – States With Special Restrictions

Some states allow hemp Delta-9 THC only under strict rules. Because of this, we do not ship certain product types (such as edibles, drinks, or vapes) to:

California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, Washington. Note: In the states of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law. Products with any amount of Delta-9 content must not be shipped to these states.

✅ Tier 3 – All Other States

If your state isn’t listed above, our hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products (≤0.3% THC per dry weight, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill) are fully shippable.

📝 Important Note

Laws can change quickly. By completing a purchase, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal in your state. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that does not comply with federal or state regulations.


We do not ship Delta-9 products to the following states where Delta-8 is restricted or illegal: (All CBD/Hemp products must be compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp is defined under the 2018 Farm Bill to include any cannabis plant, or derivative thereof, that contains not more than 0.3% Delta-9 content.

Note: In the states of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law. Products with any amount of Delta-9 content must not be shipped to these states.)
