Exchanges and returns
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please take a clear photo and contact us right away. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Due to the nature of our consumable products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as flavor, size, or strength preferences.
